Baked cauliflower with tahini


2 small cauliflowers or 1 large
6 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp + ½ salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dry thyme
¼ tsp chilly flakes
sesame butter for squeezing


In a large pot cook the cauliflower upside down covered in water + 2 tsp salt for 40 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400f degrees.
Place the cauliflower straight up on a baking sheet with baking paper.
In a small bowl, mix all the spices with 3 tbsp of olive oil.
Drizzle the spice mix on the cailiflower.
Drizzle some more olive oil on top.
Bake for 20 minute, then switch to grill for 10 more minutes.
Remove from the oven and plate.
Drizzle some sesame butter on the cauliflower and serve.
