Chocolate Chip Tahini cookies

SERVES: 22-26

300 g light brown sugar
130 g smooth classic sesame spread
120 g room temp butter
1 tsp kosher salt
2 L eggs
400 g AP flour
4 g baking soda
350 g chocolate chips
sea salt for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 350f degrees (180c).
I a mixer with the paddle attachment, cream the sugar, sesame spread, butter and salt until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time and wait for each to incorporate completely.
Add the flour, baking soda and chocolate chips and mix only to combine.
Scoop the cookie dough using a cookie scoop onto a cookie sheet, 4” apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve.
