TOTAL PRERP TIME: 1 hour
500 g chocolate hazelnut crisp sesame spread
a pinch of salt
3 L eggs
180 g almond meal
3 tbsp cocoa powder
200 g chocolate chips or chunks of chopped bittersweet chocolate
Preheat the oven to 340 degrees f (170c).
in a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients using a rubber spatula, until combined through.
Flatten the batter in a brownie pan lined with a baking paper.
Sprinkle some sea salt on top (optional).
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool completely before slicing to squares.
